SCARBOROUGH CLUB TO SCARBOROUGH CLUB ONLY!
OUTDOOR FEE: $50.00
INDOOR FEE: $25.00
1. Player will pick up Transfer form from Club or District office.
2. Form must be signed first by current Club Official.
3. Form must then be signed by the New team Club Official.
4. Once form is completely filled out, it must be brought to the District Office (SSA) to be approved.
5. A fee of $50/$25 will be paid in cash or cheque to SSA.
