SCARBOROUGH SOCCER ASSOCIATION
ALBERT CAMPBELL ALL-STAR/SELECT TOURNAMENT
Saturday September 19 & Sunday September 20, 2009
Eligibility: The Albert Campbell Soccer Tournament is open to Houseleague, All Star Teams and Select, Level 6 & 7 teams.
Age Divisions: Separate Boys and Girls U8, U9, U10, U12, U14, U16, U18.
Application: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM AND SUBMIT IT WITH PAYMENT BY AUGUST 31st!
NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
Details: Each team will play a minimum of 3 Games. Trophies will be awarded to Division Champions and Finalists. All participants receive a Tournament souvenir.
Registration Requirements: All players must be registered with their respective clubs and provincial Association.
Teams must present at registration:
1) Albert Campbell Team Roster showing Player Name, OSA Number and DOB.
2) Approved Travel Permit for teams outside the Scarborough District Association
3) OSA Player Cards
Registration takes place 1 hour prior to your first scheduled game at your field with the field convenor, takes approximately 15 minutes.
Game Sheets: An Albert Campbell Game sheet must be completed by each team for every game you play in the tournament.
Guest Players: Maximum 3 Guest Players allowed. (Call-ups within your own club are not considered guest players, therefore there is no restricted amount you may use)
Guest Players require either Trial Permits (If they are not registered anywhere for the season) or Temporary Registration Permits (If they are currently playing with another Club). All forms can be retrieved by your district association.
